Sometime around 2021, I saw a post by Elgato featuring a poster mock-up with Nyan Cat, but instead of a pop tart, the body was a Stream Deck.
A few years later, Elgato launched official Discord integration for their products. At the same time I wanted to practice my animation skills.
Instead of an animation recreating the Elgato Nyan Cat poster, I decided to replace the cat part with Discord’s mascot character, Wumpus. Thus Nyan Wumpus was born.
